Architectural Design & Consultation Policy
Free Consultation
We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your project goals, budget and timeline.
Architecture & Engineering (Chargeable)
Architectural drawings, measured surveys, and structural engineering calculations/specifications involve professional time and third-party costs. For this reason, these services are chargeable.
Fee Offset if You Build With Us
If you choose West London Build Ltd to carry out the building works, any architectural and/or engineering fees you have paid to us will be offset (deducted) from the final project quotation for the agreed scope of works.
If You Don’t Proceed
If you decide not to proceed with us, architecture/engineering fees remain payable and are non-refundable, as the work has been completed and/or third-party costs have been incurred.
Ownership and Use of Drawings
All drawings, designs and specifications we produce (and/or our appointed designers/engineers produce) remain the property of West London Build Ltd and/or the relevant professional until paid for in full. They may not be used for construction by another contractor without written permission.
