This timber frame house extension in Iver, SL0 was designed and built using C24 structural timber throughout the floor, walls, and roof, providing a strong, efficient, and precise construction method. High-performance insulation was installed to the floor, walls, and ceiling, significantly improving thermal efficiency and energy performance.

The extension was designed to maximise natural light, featuring two roof skylights and a large bifolding door, creating a bright and modern living space. Internally, the project included new electrical installations, followed by full plastering and painting to a high standard. Externally, the extension was finished with a durable silicone render system, delivering a contemporary, low-maintenance finish.

This project highlights our expertise in timber frame extensions, design and build services, and home extensions in Iver and Buckinghamshire.
