Piled Waffle Pod Concrete Slabs
We construct piled waffle pod concrete slabs engineered for strength, efficiency, and long-term performance. By using bored piles to transfer loads to stable ground and polystyrene pods to reduce concrete usage, this system delivers a strong, reliable foundation even on challenging sites.

Wall Construction Method Used
The wall is constructed using a traditional cavity wall system designed for strength, thermal efficiency, and durability. The external leaf is formed in facing brickwork, providing a hard-wearing and low-maintenance finish. Within the cavity, high-performance rigid insulation boards are securely installed to reduce heat loss and thermal bridging. The internal leaf is built using Thermalite airecrete blocks, offering excellent thermal performance while maintaining structural integrity and ease of construction.

Timber Roof & Beam

Green roof with Skylight
This project features a modern green roof combined with a large Skylight, delivering both performance and visual appeal. The living roof finish helps improve thermal insulation, reduces rainwater runoff, and enhances biodiversity, while also providing a clean, contemporary aesthetic. The centrally positioned Skylight floods the interior space with natural daylight, reducing the need for artificial lighting and creating a bright, comfortable environment below.
